How do dialysis patients eat? 1 Explain all recipes.
With the progress of blood purification treatment, the dietary restrictions of dialysis patients are gradually relaxed, and some people even think that they can be completely liberalized. However, dialysis treatment cannot replace 100% of normal renal function, and our intake really needs to be strictly controlled. However, if the daily energy intake is insufficient, the body will decompose and consume protein, resulting in a negative nitrogen balance, which will affect our health. Only by adopting a reasonable diet, meeting the energy required by the body's metabolism and supplementing the nutrients lost in each dialysis can the dialysis patients' physiology and body be in a good circulation state.

Then how should we eat, which is a reasonable diet? Gao Fushun, director of the Second Department of Endocrine Nephropathy, has prepared the following recipes for everyone.

Choice of breakfast

You can choose one or two staple foods, such as steamed bread, steamed stuffed bun, rice and pie. Add eggs or steamed egg soup (egg yolk is forbidden for patients with high phosphorus), and add your own cold dishes, such as shredded cabbage or shredded cucumber (green leafy vegetables are best boiled in water), with less oil and less salt.

Choice of lunch

You can choose rice, steamed bread and other staple foods for lunch. It is recommended to eat some steamed pumpkins properly. Pumpkin is rich in dietary fiber and has a low glycemic index, which is suitable for diabetic kidney friends. In terms of dishes, you can choose boiled prawns, fried meat with onions, fried carrots with broccoli and so on. Shrimp can provide high-quality protein, and onion is also a good food. Purple onion has high nutritional content, which can stimulate appetite and help digestion. Broccoli is a low-potassium vegetable with higher vitamin C content than tomatoes and peppers. Blanch the water, put it in cold boiled water, and then take out the drained water for reuse. Cooking and adding salt should not be too long, so as not to destroy nutrients.

Dinner choice

You can choose a bowl of rice, a pumpkin or noodles as the staple food for dinner. Remember not to drink noodle soup. You can choose home-cooked dishes such as kung pao chicken, steamed perch, roasted eggplant, shredded cabbage and stir-fried okra. Generally speaking, 300-500g vegetables are recommended every day.

Meal choice

If you are hungry between meals, you can choose to drink a glass of milk or eat some fruits, such as apples, pears, blueberries, strawberries and other low-potassium fruits. Choose one or two, and recommend the daily dosage of 200g g to reduce the intake of packaged food and avoid the occurrence of high potassium and phosphorus.

Director Gao Fushun said that generally speaking, there are many kinds of food to eat every day. Pay attention to cooking methods and try to make the food full of color, fragrance and taste to stimulate appetite and ensure adequate nutrient intake. Avoid excessive diet and partial eclipse, reasonably match main and non-staple foods, pay attention to food hygiene and ensure food quality.
