The main components of small door, rod and hanging light boxes are injection-molded frames, and the pattern covers are mostly glass, plexiglass or transparent plastic plates.

2. Pattern printing carrier

According to its structure and manufacturing process, the printing carrier of the light box can be made of synthetic paper, spray-painted film, adhesive film, light box canvas and other materials.

3. Auxiliary lighting facilities

The auxiliary lamp of light box (commonly known as lighting) is designed according to the structure, printing material, ink layer thickness and pattern width of its pattern picture. Ordinary fluorescent lamps were used in the past. With the application of new lamps, the auxiliary lighting of light boxes has developed from single lighting to multiple lighting methods. The resulting picture quality, uniformity and softness have been greatly improved.

4. Printed materials

The types of printing materials that can be used are mostly special paper, inkjet film and lamp box cloth. As far as paper is concerned, in order to prevent the spread of ink spots on the paper, the paper surface is required to be smooth, and high-gloss photographic paper is generally used, and its surface is coated with an extremely thin transparent coating.
