Step 1
Dice chicken breast, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, half a spoonful of sugar and a little white pepper to marinate 15 minutes.

Chop garlic and dice cucumber for later use.
