No one does this when adding sesame oil to red date and black rice porridge
This is my method: 1. Ingredients:
50 grams of rice, 30 grams of red dates , 50 grams of black rice, 50 grams of wheat kernels, 50 grams of peanuts, 1500 grams of boiled water 2. Recipe method:
1. Preparation: 50 grams of rice, 30 grams of red dates, 50 grams of black rice, 50 grams of wheat kernels grams, 50 grams of peanuts.
2. Pour all the prepared ingredients together and wash them with water!
3. Pour the washed ingredients into the pot and add 1500 grams of boiling water. (There is a fire in the home and boiling water in the kettle.
) Put the pot on the fire, cover it, and start cooking porridge over high heat!
4. When the rice porridge in the pot is bubbling, (the water is boiling again), turn to medium heat and simmer! Stir the pot every five minutes! (I stirred the pot a few more times when I had nothing to do, and the porridge tasted better! After stirring the pot, cover it quickly, don’t cover it too tightly, be careful of the pot overflowing!)
5. Half After an hour, the rice will be almost cooked. If the wheat kernels are not yet cooked, continue cooking!
6. In one hour, all the ingredients are cooked and ready to eat!
7. A bowl of delicious red dates and black rice porridge is now in front of everyone!
