Olax (180℃,15min):

The skin of the fried sausage looks less brittle and tastes softer, just like the sausage that my mother fished out of the oil pan in advance to prevent me from getting angry. Of course it's cooked.

Beauty/Beauty (200℃, 10 min):

It looks thinner and has less moisture than the other two fried sausages.

Withstand (200℃, 10 min):

The appearance is wrinkled, but there is more water inside, which makes it soft to eat.

Olax (200℃, 10 min):

It looks "full", but in fact, the edge has been dehydrated, and the taste is similar to that of roasted eggplant.

Beauty/Beauty (200℃, 10 min):

It is fried more deeply and tastes drier than the other two.

Bear (2 10℃, 15 minutes):

Brittle outside and soft inside, like French fries in a golden arch, the tip of French fries is burnt and the heating uniformity is average.

Olax (2 10℃, 13 minutes):

It's soft inside and out, like French fries in the golden arch, but it's the kind that has been put for a long time. And it's a little sticky, and the overall heating is not very uniform. Are there any golden potato chips that stand out?

Beautiful/beautiful (200℃,13min):

It tastes like a finger lady, and each one is fried thoroughly, but in fact it is evenly heated.

Bear (2 10℃, 13 minutes):

It's drier than OLAYKS, but the moisture is much more than beautiful/beautiful, and the crispness is just right.

Olax (2 10℃, 13 minutes):

It looks full of water, like steaming instead of frying. It tastes hard and soft inside.

Less water, suitable for friends who like to eat crispy food.

Taste summary

On the whole, it can be found that there is not much difference between the three air fryers and the fried food, but the water content is different. Like those fried by OLAYKS, they are generally "moist", followed by bears, and the most dry is beauty.

This may be because OLAYKS has relatively low power (800W) and moderate firepower, while Midea has relatively high power (1350W) and relatively fierce firepower.

It may also be because the default temperature of different modes of beauty/beauty is higher or longer. If you have experience, you can try to lower the temperature or shorten the time.

Although the air fryer can be used without oil, "air frying" will fry oily food, and some foods (such as bread crumbs and sesame seeds) are easy to leave residues, which can easily "pollute" the whole pot. Therefore, it is very important for hin to clean the air fryer conveniently.

We have fried so many dishes in these three pots and washed them once every time, so we know which one is easy to wash and which one is not.

It is worth mentioning that the shells of bear and OLAYKS are connected by wires and cannot be washed. Cleaning the lid by friction alone is a technical test.

Then, after a series of experiences, how to choose an air fryer?

① It is not recommended to choose an air fryer with heavy pot. After all, cleaning is a bit troublesome.

(2) What kind of pan-fried food is delicious, it is difficult to have a standard. I believe that as long as everyone can master the temperature and time suitable for their own taste, different air fryers can fry the same delicious food.
