There is a Japanese restaurant called HANA in Singapore, which designed a flying noodle. Every day, a large number of diners line up to taste the legendary flying noodles. At first glance, noodles are suspended in the air, thinking it is magic, but it is actually a cover-up. Today, I copied this noodle method, and everyone can make it by themselves. It's actually quite simple. In Singapore, you don't have to wait in line, but you can eat noodles at home and shoot Zhang Zhaofa. You will definitely blow up in a circle of friends!

Raw materials:
Two bags of instant noodles, three eggs, half a cabbage, half an onion, half a colored pepper, a ham sausage, half a carrot and half a cucumber.
Exercise:
1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the cabbage, onion and colored pepper into strips, slice the ham sausage, and you can add your favorite vegetables freely. I have two bags of noodles for two people. If one person eats them, it will be halved.
Take a short carrot and cut it in half.
At this time, two forks are needed, as shown in the figure, one is used to fix two carrots, and the other is used to create an illusion. Cut the carrots used for vermicelli into smaller pieces. I cut this up and changed the knife. The fork used for decoration should also be smaller, otherwise the center of gravity will be unstable and easy to fall off, or you can choose fork chopsticks.
When the shelf is ready, start preparing noodles. Cook instant noodles. I didn't take any photos of instant noodles. I believe everyone will. Any brand of noodles can be used at home. There is no need to put oil in the sauce bag. Scrambled eggs when cooking noodles.
After the noodles are cooked, let them pass through cold water, and then remove the water control, so that the noodles will not stick together when they are fried.
6, hot pot cold oil first put onion stir fry, stir fry the fragrance and then put cabbage and colored pepper, stir fry the vegetables until the water becomes soft, then pour in soy sauce and ham slices and stir fry evenly.
7. Add dry instant noodles and scrambled eggs, season with thirteen spices, salt and chicken essence, stir fry evenly, and serve.
8. I made a dish with carrots and cucumbers, for the sake of taking pictures! If you don't pursue your own face value, you can omit this step.
9. The last step is to hang the noodles on the set shelf. It takes a little patience to block all carrots and forks.
Tip:
Because my son wanted instant noodles, I made fried instant noodles. Parents can choose their favorite noodles to cook, such as dried noodles, Daoxiao Noodles, spaghetti, udon noodles and noodle soup. Forks can also be replaced with chopsticks, carrots can be replaced with potatoes, and use your imagination!
