Methods/steps
A part of the leaves of Allium chinense are removed, and the larger ones are cut with a knife, which tastes better.
Slice pork, preferably a little fat, so that taro is delicious, and lean meat is best mixed with tender meat powder or sweet potato starch.
Put oil in a hot pan, then add pork and stir fry.
After frying, add onion and stir well.
Add some soy sauce and color it.
I add less oil, so add some water around the pot and cook it properly. After all, eating too much oil is unhealthy.
It will be cooked in about 6~7 minutes (depending on the size of the onion). Season with salt, take out the pan and stir-fry the onion.
