Step 7, turn it over a few times every once in a while until the soup is almost dry, sprinkle with shallots and stir fry.
Tips:
First, tofu needs to be blanched, which can not only remove the beany smell of tofu, but also make tofu easier to taste.
Second, the minced meat should be fried very tasty. When adding tofu, you can only add a little salt. Because both bean paste and Chili sauce have salty taste, you can not put salt in the light taste.
Third, how much water to add depends on personal preference. Spicy tofu soup is delicious, so I usually add more.
