Exercise 1
Ingredients: 1 tea bag, Tetrapanacis Tetrapanacis, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 1 tablet, Flos Carthami 1 spoon, trotters 300g, peanuts 30g, wine 30cc, ginger 3 tablets, water 2000CC, nine-story tower 1 tablet.
Steps:
1. Take a bowl and add 3% water and salt to make brine for later use.
2. Wash all materials; Take a tea bag, put Astragalus and Angelica into it, and wrap it for later use.
3. Soak the peanuts soaked in the method 2 in the salt water of the method 1 until they are soft.
4. Wash pig's trotters, blanch them in boiling water, let them get rid of blood, then pick them up and rinse them with cold water.
5. Take a soup pot, add water, the trotters made by method 4, the peanuts made by method 3, and the tea bags made by method 2, and cook them in the pot together, then turn the heat down until the trotters and peanuts are completely cooked and crisp.
6. Add safflower, medulla tetrapanacis and wine into the pot of method 5 and stir until boiling.
7. Add nine-story tower decoration to the bowl in exercise 6. When eating, you can add salt to taste according to your personal preference.
Exercise 2
Materials: 2 front feet of pigs, 60g of peanuts, 2 yuan, 6 red dates.
Steps:
1. Wash the red dates with water first.
2. After the pig's front feet are cooked to eight points, add peanuts and medulla tetrapanacis to stew.
3. Mash the red dates and add them to the soup to taste, and finally add a little salt to taste.
