Practice of Runfei Decoction
1, Chuanbei Sydney Pork Lung Decoction
Ingredients: Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Sydney, Pork Lung, Lycium barbarum, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Liquor and Yellow Rice Wine.
Practice: Wash pig lungs with clear water, stir-fry them and add appropriate amount of yellow wine. Then add Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, fried pork lung, onion, ginger and garlic, simmer in cold water for 15 minutes, and then add Sydney slices. Add Lycium barbarum 5 minutes before cooking.
Efficacy: This soup can be called "the first soup for relieving cough and moistening lung".
