2. Rinse it repeatedly with cold water to remove the oil stains on it and take it out for later use.
3. In the soaking container (glass jar is best), there is no soup basin. Add a proper amount of cold boiled water, pour in 1-2 bottles of bottled millet pepper, and one third of white vinegar, plus a piece of ginger (mashed), a little rock sugar, a little white wine, a proper amount of salt and monosodium glutamate (you can taste it with your mouth, as long as it is not salty).
