The second kind of southern snacks is also unacceptable to northerners, that is, the pig intestine membrane, which is actually not made in pig farms, but a local unique snack. Its shape is similar to that of pig intestines, so it feels like rice rolls.
The third snack is raw salty seafood, which is light but not light, tender but not raw. It's delicious, but don't be too careful. This kind of seafood is deeply smoked, and northerners are not used to it. I still prefer to cook before eating.
The fourth snack must be familiar to everyone, but few people eat it, that is, bamboo shoots. Because we don't produce this food in the north, northerners don't form this habit, don't eat it often, and are not used to cooking with this ingredient.
The fifth snack is salty zongzi. Although there are more sweets in the south, we are more accustomed to eating salty zongzi, while in the north, we generally prefer to eat salty zongzi, which is sweeter, and southerners don't quite understand it.
The sixth snack is sweet tofu. In fact, tofu is the most tender part of tofu development. This kind of food is available in the north and south, but we northerners add some soy sauce when we eat it, while southerners eat it very differently from us. They like to add some sugar to it. After arriving in the south, this way of life is unacceptable to northerners.
In fact, these are just some living habits. Living in the south, I am used to some local eating methods. Actually, there are many examples. I can't tell which side is good and which side is not. I can only say that different regions make different living habits.
