Practice steps
1. Soak beef in water for more than three hours to let blood bubble out;
2. After cutting into small pieces, add a spoonful of hawthorn powder, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes;
3. Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add star anise, cinnamon, pepper, dried pepper, ginger, onion, garlic and coriander and stir fry;
4. After frying the fragrance, add Pixian watercress and stir fry;
5. Stir-fry the red oil, then add the marinated beef pieces and stir-fry;
6. Stir fry a few times, then add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook together for 30 minutes;
