1. Material preparation:
Four, yeast powder, butter, mozzarella cheese, an egg, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, garlic, milk, tomato sauce, black pepper Pasta, beef filling, sausage and favorite food or fruit
Note: The focus of the pizza is on the mozzarella cheese, which is responsible for the drawing. I bought it at OLE in Vientiane City, 20 It cost a small piece and I ate three times.
2. Method:
1. Put the flour in a container, beat an egg into the flour, slowly pour the yeast diluted with warm water into the flour, and then mix it with the flour. Add some milk and butter and continue stirring until the dough becomes a smooth dough. The dough should be softer.
2. After the dough is mixed, cover it with a cloth or seal the container with plastic wrap to maintain moisture and wait for the dough to ferment. (Fermentation takes about 2-4 hours, and the fermented dough is covered with honeycomb-like holes.)
3. Prepare the pizza sauce while waiting for fermentation. First, dice some of the onions, garlic, green peppers, and tomatoes, and cut the other part of the onions, tomatoes into shreds, and the green peppers into rings. If sausage is available, slice sausage into slices.
4. Heat the pot, add some butter, then add onion and garlic diced and stir-fry until fragrant (turn yellow), add beef filling and stir-fry until it changes color, then add diced green pepper, diced tomato, and black pepper. , Stir-fry the tomato sauce (if you are afraid of not having enough flavor, you can also add a small amount of salt, because the butter itself is salty), stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
5. After the dough has risen, knead it for about 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a dough ball (preferably as big as the pan). The edges should be higher and thicker.
6. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of butter, and turn down the heat; put the dough into the pan, use a fork or toothpick to poke holes in the dough to prevent the dough from swelling due to heat; probably bake 10-15 minutes is enough.
7. Spread butter on the baking tray or grill of the microwave oven, and place the baked dough on the baking tray or grill of the microwave oven; add cheese shreds or cheese granules (I use a fork) Sprinkle the shredded potatoes (shredded with a grater) on the dough, then put the fried pizza sauce on the dough, and place the sausage slices, onion shreds, tomato shreds, green pepper rings, etc. on the pizza sauce.
Note: The beauty of the finished product depends on the plating effort.
8. Put the dough with ingredients into the microwave oven, use the grill function to bake for about 10 minutes, take it out, and then put shredded cheese or cheese granules on the pizza sauce (be sure to spread it evenly, if you like it) If there are more shreds, you can add more), bake the dough in the microwave for about 8 minutes, and the delicious pizza will be ready.
Note: Since the power of microwave ovens is different, please control the baking time yourself and be sure not to burn it.
