Beef tenderloin 1, dried mushrooms, half onion, red pepper 1, persimmon pepper, cola, water starch, salad oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, ginger 1.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare all the materials.
2. Cut the beef into large pieces according to the grain and put it in a bowl. Add appropriate amount of water starch and cola.
