Shan Yu zhuyaotang
Material: 500g pork loin.
Accessories: walnut 18g, dogwood 8g.
Seasoning: 2g salt, 2g ginger juice, each with appropriate amount.
Practice: Wash the pork loin, remove the Sao glands and cut into filaments. Add water and ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes.
I often do the following three methods for my family, all of which are quite good ~!
(1) Pork kidney and wolfberry soup
Material: 200g pork loin.
Accessories: 20g fish maw, 25g medlar.
Seasoning: vegetable oil 10g, salt 3g.
1, wash pork loin, fish belly and medlar respectively.
2. With 5 bowls of clear water, put the pork loin, fish belly and medlar into the pot together, cook for about 2 hours, and season with salt.
(B) the practice of Shengui Yaozi decoction
Material: 300g pork loin.
Accessories: ginseng 10g, angelica 10g.
Seasoning: green onion 15g, ginger 10g, cooking wine 15g, soy sauce 10g, starch (corn) 10g, lard (refined) 25g and salt 3g.
Exercise:
1. Boil Ginseng Radix and Radix Angelicae Sinensis into thick juice for later use;
2. Wash pork tenderloin, remove fascia and cut into thin slices;
3. Boil the ginger and onion in a casserole, skim the floating foam, and add cooking wine and lard;
4. thicken starch, medicinal juice, soy sauce and salt;
5. Pour the pig kidney soup and stew until soft and cooked.
(3) Radish kidney soup
Ingredients: 250g pork loin, 200g radish.
Seasoning: salt 4g, monosodium glutamate 2g, cooking wine 15g, pepper 2g, onion 10g, ginger 10g.

2. Peel the radish and cut it into hob blocks;

4. Put the kidney in water for 20 minutes, cook it thoroughly, remove blood stains, and pick it up;
5. Cut the kidney into pieces with a thickness of 5 mm along the angle perpendicular to the knife die, and the kidney is in the shape of an oval gear;
6. Put the pot on the fire, pour a proper amount of water, add pork tenderloin slices, cooking wine, onion slices and ginger slices, and cover the pot;
7. After the fire is boiled, turn to medium heat, simmer for about 1 hour, add radish pieces and cook together;
8. Cook until the soup is milky white, the waist is crisp and rotten, and there is no foul smell. Then add a proper amount of refined salt and monosodium glutamate, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
