Yuan You pork is a delicacy in Henan cuisine. First of all, Yuan You refers to the first course of excellent soy sauce, which is mainly used for refreshing. It gradually evolved into a pure dish around the 1980s, and the material was fat lamb chops. Because Yuan You gradually withdrew from the market, it was replaced by ordinary soy sauce, forming the present crude oil meat.
