Boiled Flammulina velutipes with bean skin
Ingredients: 4 pieces of bean skin, 250g of Flammulina velutipes, proper amount of oil and salt, Pixian bean paste 1 tbsp, onion 1 segment, 2 pieces of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper powder 1 tbsp, pepper powder, soy sauce 1 tbsp, sugar/kloc.
Exercise:
1. Cut the bean skin in half along the length, and then cut it into strips with a width of 0.5 cm.
2. Cut off the root of Flammulina velutipes and tear it into small flowers by hand.
3. Add water to the pot to boil, add the Flammulina velutipes and boil for half a minute.

Tip: Flammulina velutipes is easy to cook. Just cook for half a minute. Don't overcook it. Pixian bean paste should be fried in small red oil, which will be delicious.
