How to make Japanese curry rice

Materials

Pork, onions x3, carrots x1, potatoes x2.

Curry cubes, spicy flavor

Vegetable oil.

TABASCO peppers, pickled radish.

Method

1. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it, add the pork cut into small pieces and stir-fry until it changes color

2. Add the onions, carrots and potatoes and continue cooking for a while Stir-fry

3. Add water to cover the ingredients slightly, it doesn't matter if some vegetables can emerge. More water and less water is just the difference between thicker and thinner curry in the end. No need to add salt. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until the onions become transparent and melt in your mouth. There are other ways to crisp up pork even better. I'm not good at cooking, and every time I cook the pork, the texture is average. I even tried the pressure cooker, but I didn't have enough time and it still wasn't perfect.

4. Break the curry cubes in. Based on the above ingredients, it will take a whole box. After adding it, stir frequently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. You should be able to smell a very authentic Japanese curry aroma at this time.

5. Plate the rice, scoop a few spoonfuls of curry and set aside. You're done! Simple and convenient.

I suddenly remembered writing this today. I don’t have any photos yet, so I just took one to compare. Its container looks better than mine, but it’s not as good a photo as mine.
