Soy sauce (or soy sauce)
Oyster sauce (no need to put it)
White sugar (or pepper)
How to cook boiled okra is refreshing and simple.
Wash okra. No need to cut to avoid nutrient loss.
Boil the water in the pot and put it in. You can add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of common cooking oil to keep the color.
Boil again and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take it out and soak it in ice water. Can maintain a crisp taste.
If there is no ice water, use cold boiled water.
Okra has its head and handle cut off.
Fruit segments can be cut into small pieces or kept in strips.
Don't use fire, put a little cooking oil, a little sesame oil, shredded ginger, a proper amount of soy sauce (or soy sauce) and oyster sauce (not necessarily) into the cold pot.
Then, the above materials are heated and foamed by high fire, and the fire is turned off.
If you like sweet, you can add 2 spoonfuls of sugar, and if you like spicy, you can add your own pepper.
(cooking oil 1: sesame oil 1: soy sauce 2: oyster sauce 1. For reference only, just put a small amount each. Too much will make it salty. Can be adjusted according to your own taste)
Finally, pour the fried sauce on the okra.
Fresh and juicy, a bit like the sticky feeling of yam. It tastes a bit like very tender green beans without fiber.
Nothing particularly thick, any sauce is suitable.
Put it in the bottle and hope it will find you.
