How to make a soft steamed cake?

4 grass eggs

Yogurt 180g

Olive oil 1 g

Egg whites are separated from protein. Be careful not to mix egg yolk with egg white, otherwise it will affect the transportation of protein. Put the egg white into a deep pot, without adding water or oil, and put the egg yolk directly into a microwave plastic round pot and steam it in a steamer.

Treat the egg yolk first. Drop two drops of lemonade to remove the fishy smell and stir until it is even orange. Add oil (salad oil can also be used) and stir until the oil is invisible. Add yogurt and stir well. Add corn starch and cake powder and stir well. This step is very fast.

Re-treat the egg white, drop two drops of lemonade, beat the egg white into fish-eye bubbles with a hand-held eggbeater at low speed, and add the first sugar.

Then turn on the high speed until it is more delicate and no bubbles can be seen. Add sugar for the second time.

Then beat the egg whites with an egg beater, and the lines have appeared slightly, so you can add sugar for the third time. Then move a little along the container and stay at each point for about 10 second. It would be nice if the tilting basin basically didn't flow. Pass for a few minutes at most, don't call.

Scoop the egg whites into the batter three times. Stir up and down evenly, and each time you add it, wait until the previous one is stirred evenly before adding it.

Cover the prepared batter container with a fresh-keeping bag, boil the water and steam it in a steamer. When I steamed, the cake swelled 1.5 times, and reached the lid, so I should reserve space and steam for 20~25 minutes on medium heat.
