How to make jade tofu (leaf tofu)?

Go to the mountains to pick smelly yellow wattle leaves. Many people here now dig up the roots and plant them. If you want to make it, just go to the field and pick it (you can also buy it at the country fair). You can freeze it, but the effect is not as good as fresh.

Wash the leaves and scald them with boiling water. Use pure water or cool boiling water to rub the leaves. Rub out the juice like washing clothes, and then filter out the residue with gauze.

The final product
