Braised pork in Cantonese style

Ingredients: 2 kg of peeled pork belly, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine.

Ingredients: chubby fish, sauerkraut, cooking wine, pepper, scallion, dried pepper, salt, garlic, ginger, pepper, oil consumption and pickled pepper.

Exercise:

1. Slaughter a chubby fish, clean it, put the sliced fish into a big bowl, and add a little salt, pepper, ginger powder and cooking wine to taste.

2. Cut the green onions, shred the ginger, slice the garlic, cut the dried peppers, and add some dried peppers.

3. Cut your own sauerkraut and add a little red pickled pepper.

4. Add rapeseed oil to the wok and heat it. Stir-fried shallots, ginger and garlic, dried peppers and prickly ash are fragrant.

Ingredients: mutton, radish, salt, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, shallots and vegetable oil.
