You can't. From September 2, 20091day, the areas that cannot directly access YOUTUBE at all include at least Chinese mainland and Turkey.

Due to the content problems on YOUTUBE, the website has been censored in at least a dozen countries around the world, including Brazil, China, Indonesia, Iran, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, but most countries have been unblocked. YOUTUBE is also blocked by individual universities in the United States and Britain.
