Materials:
Four chicken legs
Proper amount of flour
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of black pepper
Two eggs
Proper amount of bread crumbs

Steps:
Wash the chicken leg, cut several holes in the chicken leg with a knife, sprinkle some salt and black pepper and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Prepare three bowls. In the first bowl, add flour, salt and black pepper and mix well. Beat the eggs in the second bowl, break them up, add some salt and black pepper, and stir well. Put the bread crumbs in the third bowl.
