Salmon head, like other fish heads, can be used to make soup.
Ingredients: salmon head, tofu.
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, onion, ginger, cooking wine, vinegar, green garlic.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the salmon head, cut the fish head in half in the middle, cut the tofu into pieces, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into pieces for later use.
(2) Pour cooking oil into the pot, then add onion and ginger to saute, put the cut fish head into the pot, add cooking wine and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
(3) When the fish head is almost cooked, pour in hot water. Be careful to use hot water here, because if you use cold water, the fish will disperse and smell fishy, but hot water will not.
(4) Pour the tofu into the pot, cover the pot and stew, and add the right amount of salt.
(5) After the fish soup is cooked, sprinkle in the green garlic and shallots, turn off the fire, and add a little monosodium glutamate.
2. Fried salmon bones
Ingredients: salmon bones, eggs.
Seasoning: salt and pepper, lemon.
Exercise:
(1) Clean the bought salmon bones, cut them into appropriate sizes, and break the eggs.
(2) Pour some oil into the pot, then put the salmon bones into the egg liquid, evenly wrap them in the egg liquid, and fry them in the pot until both sides are golden. Then, drop a few drops of lemon, sprinkle with salt and pepper and eat.
3. Salmon fried rice
In addition to fish heads and bones, the meat edge of salmon is also cheaper, because it is the meat next to fins and has higher oil content than fish.
Ingredients: salmon meat, eggs, rice.
Seasoning: salt, pepper, chicken essence and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
(1) Dice the bought salmon meat and marinate it with a little salt and pepper.
(2) Break up the eggs, pour them into the rice, and stir evenly so that the rice is covered with egg liquid.
(3) Pour oil into the pan, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour diced salmon, stir-fry slightly and put it on a plate for later use.
