Four Joy Meatballs
Ingredients: 650g pork stuffing, egg 1 piece, 4 horseshoes, half steamed bread, appropriate amount of minced onion and ginger, soy sauce cooking wine 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons salt, 65438 dried starch+water.
Exercise:
1. Wash and dry pork, chop into stuffing, peel and chop horseshoe; Cut the steamed bread into cubes.
2. Beat the eggs into minced meat, add minced onion and ginger, add all the "seasonings" except pepper aniseed, beat in one direction, and add a few drops of water to beat together. Then add chopped water chestnut and diced steamed bread, stir well, and make the meat into balls.
3. Add oil to the pot. When it is 60% hot, add meatballs and fry until the surface is golden. Take out and drain the oil.
4. Add the right amount of water to the casserole, add the fried meatballs, onion ginger slices and pepper aniseed, add soy sauce to your favorite color, boil over low heat until the soup is less, and then take out the meatballs.
5. Continue to boil the soup left in the casserole, add water starch (except weight) to thicken it until it is thick, pour sesame oil on it, and then pour it on the meatballs.
Opportunity knocks at the door
Ingredients: silver carp head 400g, tofu 20g, ginger 5g, green garlic10g, cooking wine10g, bean paste10g, soy sauce 5g, sweet noodle paste 5g, salt 3g, pepper 2g and corn starch 3g.
Exercise:

4. When the soup is slightly dry, pour in a little water starch to thicken the soup slightly.
5. Sprinkle it on garlic and roll it a little. Turn off the fire and take it out for eating.
