Cut tomatoes and potatoes into pieces for later use. Wash the beef brisket, cut it into pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, add onion and ginger, blanch it and take it out.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, dried Chili, star anise and cinnamon to the hot oil in the pot, add a little crystal sugar and stir-fry until it melts, pour in the sirloin and stir-fry until brown, and add one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of oyster sauce to stir-fry evenly.
3. Heat the water until the brisket is over, put half of the tomato pieces, add a spoonful of salt and stew in the pressure cooker for more than half an hour. Add the remaining tomato pieces and potatoes to cook, and collect the juice.
Remarks: If there is no pressure cooker, you can boil the water and simmer for about 50 minutes. Add the remaining potatoes and tomatoes until the potatoes are soft and rotten.
