Accessories:
Eggs, dried shrimps, salt, chicken essence, oil, sesame oil.
Operating steps:
1. Add a proper amount of water to the corn flour and stir it into a thick batter. Wash and chop leeks, and break the eggs.
2. Add a little oil to the pot, pour in the eggs and stir-fry until cooked, then add a little oil and stir-fry the shrimps for fragrance.
3. Put eggs, dried shrimps and leeks into a bowl, add salt, chicken essence and sesame oil, and mix well for later use.
4. Add a little oil to the pot, spread the corn batter on the bottom of the pot to become a rich cake, spread the prepared leek stuffing evenly on it, and simmer for 10- 15 minutes.
