1. Peel and wash carrots and potatoes, and put them in a large bowl filled with water to prevent oxidation and discoloration of potatoes.
2. Slice carrots and potatoes.
3. Put half a spoonful of oil (a small spoon of soup) in a non-stick pan. After the oil is hot, add carrots and stir fry a few times. Carotene can be fully released and easily absorbed.
4. Put raw potato chips and fried carrots in two bowls and steam them in a steamer (electric steamer takes about 15 minutes).
5. Put the steamed potatoes and carrots into a cooking machine, add a proper amount of cold boiled water and mash them. Don't drink too much water, too thin will affect the taste and flavor concentration.
