Sun Wu (about 545 BC-about 470 BC) was a famous strategist in the late Spring and Autumn Period. His date of birth and death is unknown. He was born in the second half of the 5th century BC, contemporary with Confucius. Wu Ming, the word evergreen, Qi people. My ancestors originally lived in Chen, and they avoided Qi because of the war. Grandfather was made a grandson because of his outstanding military exploits.
