1. Lotus root ribs soup
Materials:
500 grams of ribs, 500 grams of lotus root, 50 grams of peanuts, and a little onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1) Cut the ribs into large pieces, and cut the lotus root into large pieces.
2) Boil the ribs in water until they bleed, and add onion and ginger cooking wine.
3) Peel the lotus root, cut it into large pieces with a hob, put it into the pot together with the blanched ribs, peanuts and minced onion and ginger, add a spoonful of cooking wine and white pepper, cover it and simmer for 20 minutes, and then simmer for more than 60 minutes with low fire. A rice cooker can shorten the time by half and stew for 45 minutes.
4) Add some salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
2. Corn and carrot sparerib soup
Materials:
A corn, a carrot, two ribs, a little onion and a small piece of ginger.
Exercise:
1) Dice the corn, cut the carrot into small pieces, dice the ribs (if you can't cut them out, you can give them to the enthusiastic stall owner), slice the ginger and dice the onion.
2) Put the ribs in the pot with cold water, add two pieces of ginger to remove fishy smell, boil over high fire, skim the floating foam, rinse and add to the soup pot.
3) Put the corn and carrots into the soup pot in turn, then heat the water until all the ingredients are submerged, turn to low heat and cook for half an hour, be careful not to boil water in the middle, and add more if it is less.
4) Season the blouse with salt after taking it for one hour. You can add a small amount for many times and try salting with a spoon. Then add chopped green onion, and a delicious corn and carrot sparerib soup is ready.
3. Stewed chicken soup with mushrooms
Ingredients: a handful of dried mushrooms, a proper amount of fresh chicken, a piece of ginger and 4-6 red dates.
Exercise:
Soak the dried mushrooms for a few minutes and remove the core from the red dates. Clean the chicken and split it violently (the chicken should be fresh). Source put all the ingredients in the pot and add more water to the chicken. If it is an old hen, it is recommended to cut into pieces.
2. Open a big fire. After the water is boiled, the tender chicken will cook for another 40 minutes, then turn off the fire for 20 minutes, and if it is an old hen, cook for another 80 minutes.
3. Finally, add the right amount of salt, and a pot of rich stewed chicken soup with mushrooms will appear!
