Dry fried beef vermicelli materials: 1 vermicelli, 20g bean sprouts, 50g beef slices, 2 shallots, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, half a spoonful soy sauce, a little black pepper, 3g salt, 5g sugar and 3g corn starch.

Exercise:

1. Wash shallots, put them on the chopping board and cut into sections.

5. Put one tablespoon of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of soy sauce in the pot, stir evenly with chopsticks and colors, put three grams of salt and five grams of sugar in the pot, add fried beef slices and shallots, and stir quickly and evenly.
