Exercise:
1. Wash shallots, put them on the chopping board and cut into sections.
2. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of soy sauce, a little black pepper and three grams of corn starch to the beef slices, stir well and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Put the beef slices into a hot pot of hot oil, fry the beef slices on both sides with low fire, and take them out for later use.
4. Stir-fry the remaining oil in the pot into bean sprouts until soft, and put the vermicelli into the pot. My vermicelli is fresh and sticky, so rinse it with water before cooking, let the vermicelli spread out one by one and fry until soft. Don't fry with a shovel here. You can stir fry with chopsticks, so that the vermicelli will not break.
5. Put one tablespoon of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of soy sauce in the pot, stir evenly with chopsticks and colors, put three grams of salt and five grams of sugar in the pot, add fried beef slices and shallots, and stir quickly and evenly.
