1. Toona sinensis egg soup, ingredients: Toona sinensis, eggs, tofu, mushrooms, Pleurotus eryngii, ginger, garlic, salt, chicken essence and pepper. Remove the old yellow leaves of Toona sinensis and clean them. Boil water in the pot, blanch the Toona sinensis in the pot, then take it out, cool it with cold water and cut it into pieces for later use. Add base oil to the pot, stir-fry ginger and garlic, add water again, then put tofu, mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii into the pot and add seasoning. Beat the eggs until they are white, break them, and then slowly pour them into the pot to form white egg blossoms. Put chopped Toona sinensis powder into a pot, hook in water starch (corn starch and water), stir while adding it to form a thick soup, and pour it into a bowl.
2. Yu Zi shrimp. Ingredients: 8 fresh shrimps, 2 bags of tofu, 8 peas, a little starch, a little oyster sauce and a little water. Production method: prepare ingredients and soak peas for more than 4 hours. Take off the shrimp head, peel it, remove the black line of the shrimp with a toothpick and wash it. Don't take off your tail. Cut Japanese tofu into 2-3 cm thick and put it on a plate. Put the processed shrimp on it with a pea in the middle. Steam in a steamer for about 5 minutes. Take out the steamed shrimp and pour the soup into a small bowl. Take another pot, add 6% soup, add starch and water, stir well, and then pour in. Bring to a boil, drop a little oyster sauce, cook until thick, turn off the heat and pour into the steamed shrimp.
3. Stir-fry sausage, green pepper, egg, sausage, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and green pepper with green pepper and eggs, remove seeds, wash and cut into pieces, and slice sausage and garlic for later use. Add a little salt and white pepper to the eggs, stir well, then pour them into the pot and fry them into large pieces. Provide them with food for later use. Saute garlic slices with base oil in the pan, pour sausage into the pan and fry on low heat until golden on both sides. After the sausage is sauté ed, pour the green pepper into the pot and fry until it is broken. Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste and refresh.
