How to make steamed eggs with shrimps?
Wash shrimps, remove shells and intestines, and shred ginger for later use.
Put peeled shrimp into a small bowl, add shredded ginger, shredded onion, cooking wine and salt to marinate 10- 15 minutes (on the one hand, it removes the fishy smell, on the other hand, it makes the shrimp more tasty).
Beat two eggs into a bowl, add salt until the transparent egg white is invisible, then pour two small bowls of warm water and beat the eggs while pouring them down until they reach the state shown in the picture.
Steam the eggs in a pot for about 12 minutes.
Add shrimps and shredded ham, steam for15min, and take out.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the surface.
