Braised grapefruit skin step 1
Peel off the yellow-green skin of grapefruit, leaving the inner layer of white cotton wool.
Second step
Soak in clean water for 1-2 days to remove bitterness (change the water 1-2 times a day, and squeeze out the water from the grapefruit peel before soaking in clean water).
Third step
