Ingredients: 200g old tofu, two eggs, onion 15g, garlic 15g, cooking oil 10g, salt 3g, soy sauce 10g, and aged vinegar 5g.
1. As shown in the figure below, cut an old tofu into cubes.
2. As shown in the figure below, slice 2 shallots.
3. As shown in the figure below, break up two eggs and a little chopped green onion for later use.
4. Stir-fry garlic cloves in oil pan, then add tofu and stir-fry while frying. When the tofu is eight ripe, add some salt and soy sauce to taste. Add eggs and chopped green onion and mix well before taking out the pan, and add some mature vinegar, as shown below.
5. After frying, take out the pan and put it on the plate, as shown in the figure below.
