Pumpkin is extremely nutritious and suitable for this season. "Millet nourishes people and stomach", as we all know. Let me briefly introduce my method of frying shredded pumpkin with vinegar:
Ingredients: shredded pumpkin, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, dried pepper, salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices.
1, put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it to 70% to 80%, add minced garlic and dried pepper, and stir fry in the oil.
2. Add shredded pumpkin and stir fry a few times.
3. Add the right amount of thirteen spices, soy sauce, vinegar and salt and stir fry. If you like vegetable soup, you can add some water
4. Cover the pot and stew for 1 min, then sprinkle with chicken essence and take out the pot.
Remarks: In fact, we should have color, fragrance and taste. I suggest you add some green pepper and red pepper, which will have three colors: red, yellow and green. They are delicious and beautiful.
