More than 30 institutions of higher learning have been established in provincial capitals all over the country, which have trained and transported more than 700,000 culinary talents for the society. There are 365 and 438+0 local cooking school, 7 major categories, two major groups, namely, skill enhancement and characteristic major, which form 20 secondary vocational majors.
Evaluation and analysis
New oriental cooking education has made brilliant achievements through unremitting efforts and tenacious struggle. It has been highly recognized by China Cuisine Conference and even the whole society and Xu Jialu, vice chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC).
