1. Guest sign-in (about 60 minutes, 40 minutes before the opening, 20 minutes after the opening).

2. After about 90% of the guests arrive (less than 90% and not more than 60 minutes before the scheduled time), the host introduces the main guests and leaders, and invites them to speak if necessary, but the time is not more than 20 minutes.

3. The host announced that the reception would begin to provide an international gourmet buffet for the guests to exchange freely.

If there is a performance, the host will introduce the content of the program after the reception is announced. If there is a dance, it should start one hour after the reception (the performance has ended).

About 20 minutes after the reception, once most of the guests have dishes, the host will toast everywhere.

The whole reception will end in about 3 hours.
