Basic steps of installation:
1, select tools such as combination brush and brown brush:
Combination brush and brown brush are the two most important tools for manual painting and calligraphy mounting. It is better to choose 24-tube combination pen. The newly bought combination brush drops some 502 glue on the root to prevent hair loss. It is best to soak the newly bought brown brush in alkaline water for a period of time to remove the palm skin and impurities on its surface.
Step 2 make a paste
Paste is the adhesive for manual painting and calligraphy mounting, and we need to use gluten-free flour for handmade paste. I am used to cooking and stirring with a wooden stick to make a paste. Boil water in a pot first, then add flour to boil, and stir while cooking. Pay attention to the viscosity of the paste used for mounting, not too sticky or too thin, and semi-liquid is preferred.
3, square heart, heart.
Cut the hearts of calligraphy and painting neatly with a knife. Under normal circumstances, I use wet support method for painting heart. The so-called wet support method is to spray water on the back of the painting and calligraphy heart, brush it with paste, and then cover it with a layer of raw rice paper. There are three kinds of raw Xuan paper: single Xuan, heavy single Xuan and clip Xuan. Choose different Xuan paper according to the paper thickness of calligraphy and painting.
4. Go to the wall to earn money
A well-supported calligraphy and painting heart must be dried on the wall and brushed flat with a brown brush when climbing the wall, but be careful not to collapse the calligraphy and painting. Under normal circumstances, the calligraphy and painting on the wall will take five or six days to earn naturally. After earning money, lift the heart of painting and calligraphy with a bamboo screwdriver, and then cut it neatly with a knife and a steel rule for inlaying.
Step 5 embed ...
Mosaic is leftover material, and the material to be inlaid is cut according to the specifications of calligraphy and painting center. Usually, we will set up brocade or song brocade. Jin Ling or Jin Song are sold online. You can choose the color of Golden Bell or Jin Song according to the color of the painting heart, and there are various patterns of Golden Bell or Jin Song. The paste used for inlay is a little thicker.
6, the back, stick a chain paper.
The inlaid calligraphy and painting heart needs to be pasted with lining paper at the back, then dried on the wall and cut neatly. A series of papers are attached to the back pole for hanging. Usually, the sky pole is made of square wood strips, while the ground pole is logs. The length of the series of stickers is usually 2-3 cm to cover the ends of the earth and the celestial pole.
7, heaven and earth poles and lanyards
Install grounding electrode and celestial pole respectively on the pasted series of papers. During installation, the ends of the earth and the celestial pole should be tightly wrapped, and thick slurry should be applied at the interface. The grounding electrode also needs to be equipped with a shaft head, and the top electrode can be wrapped with Zi Ling scrap. After the overhead pole and grounding electrode are completed, it is necessary to make a claw ring on the overhead pole and tie a lanyard, thus completing the installation.
