Preparatory work/about to start work

1. Live a small piece of dough with yeast, butter, salt and high-precision flour, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation. (The indoor temperature is low where there is no heating in winter, so you can put it in a rice cooker or electric cooker and ferment it with warm water. Because I used the rice cooker later, I transferred the noodle bowl to a thermos with the lid open. )

2. Marinate the minced meat with cooking wine, spiced powder, Jiang Mo, black pepper and a little soy sauce in advance, and use this time to prepare other side dishes.

Cooking ingredients

1. Shred tomatoes and green peppers, washed corn and green beans, sliced sausages and chopped onions;

3. Pour in shredded green pepper and red pepper, stir-fry with the remaining oil in the pot (including the oil forced out by fried sausage), and take it out;

Baked crust

1. Roll the fermented dough into a round block (it can be 1-2 times the size according to the dough). The size of the circular piece is slightly smaller than the bottom of the rice cooker, and the rice cooker is deeper. If it is small, you can leave some gaps to facilitate disassembly.

2. Press the cooking button in the rice cooker to melt a small piece of butter at the bottom of the pot;

3. put in the crust;

4. Press the middle part of the crust vertically with your fist to form a circle of natural protrusions on the edge;

5. Punch a few holes in the middle of the cake crust with a fork;

Tips:

Because my induction cooker has only four grades of temperature, the lowest grade is 80 degrees, and it can't bake cooked cakes.
