1 Chinese cabbage, 1 shallot, 2 slices of ginger, 2 slices of garlic, 3 slices of dried pepper, proper amount of salt, a little chicken essence, 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Cooking steps

Step 1: Tear the cabbage by hand, cut the onion into sections, cut the ginger into strips, pat the garlic and cut the dried pepper into sections.

Step 2: blanch the shredded cabbage in hot water for one minute, remove it and put it in cold water prepared in advance, and drain it for later use.

Step 3: Stir-fry shallots, ginger, garlic and peppers in oil, add 1 tbsp vinegar, and quickly pour in Chinese cabbage and stir fry.

Step 4: add salt and a little chicken essence immediately (because cabbage is boiled in water, it is easier to cook) and prepare for the pot.
