Old hen abalone corn soup:
Ingredients: half old hen, 5 fresh abalone, sweet corn 1 root, carrot 1 root, clear water 12 bowl, and 6 slices of ginger.
1. Clean the shell of abalone with a small brush, and then scrub it with salt. Cut the old hen into large pieces, put it in the pot, add water, add 3 pieces of ginger, and boil.
2. Turn off the fire after boiling, and turn on the faucet to wash away the floating foam.
3. First peel and slice carrots, remove clothes from corn and cut into large pieces. Then put the washed chicken, abalone, carrot, corn and three slices of ginger into the soup pot and add 12 bowl of water.
4. First, boil the water with high fire, and continue to simmer 15 minutes.
5. Turn to low heat for 2 hours and season with salt.
