Take steamed carrots as an example.
Prepare the required raw materials, wash carrots and leeks, peel garlic, cut carrots into filaments, and chop garlic and leeks;
Pour 1 tbsp cooking oil into shredded carrots and stir well, then pour in flour;
Stir evenly again, so that each carrot is evenly stained with flour;
Pour a proper amount of water into the steamer, after the fire boils, spread the shredded carrot evenly on the steamer cloth and continue steaming for 5 minutes;
In the process of steaming shredded carrots, adjust the seasoning juice, pour 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tbsp Chili oil into a bowl of garlic and chopped green onion, and stir evenly for later use;
After the shredded carrot is steamed, pour it into the basin, add appropriate amount of salt as the seasoning, and stir quickly to avoid sticking together;
Pour shredded carrots into a bowl, and then pour in the prepared juice.
