Common practice of frying fresh shrimp in Lamian Noodles;
1, Lamian Noodles, fresh shrimp, vegetables, broccoli, tomatoes, eggs, soy sauce, salt, salad oil, sesame oil, onion and garlic.
2. Wash the side dishes, wash the shrimp, pick the shrimp line, and cut the onion, garlic and tomatoes.
3, put a small amount of oil in the pot, fry the eggs, sprinkle a small amount of salt on the eggs, and fry them for use.
4. Add a small amount of oil, stir-fry shallots and garlic in oil, add shrimps when they become slightly discolored, stir-fry until they turn red, add soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry (a small amount of tomato sauce and sugar can also be added).
5. Boil water. After the water is boiled, add noodles, vegetables, broccoli, fried tomatoes and shrimps, and add a proper amount of salt to the pot.
6. When the noodles are cooked, take them out, pour a little sesame oil on them, and put shrimp, side dishes and fried eggs on the noodles.
