1. Buy beef, soak it in cold water, and change the water in the middle.
2. Boil the water in the pot, put the soaked beef in, remove it after boiling the foam, and rinse it with cold water.
3. Take1000g of water and put it into the pot (clear soup is the best). Add beef, ginger, garlic and onion to remove the fishy smell, and then add the sauce.
