Ingredients: 200g boneless eel slices, 200g garlic moss, 1 5g ginger, 20g garlic, 3 red peppers, 2g dried peppers, 80g rapeseed oil, 2g salt, 2g oyster sauce,1g monosodium glutamate, 2g soy sauce, 35g beer and 2g white pepper.
