Swiss cheese is as famous as their sabers, watches and chocolates. Generally, in a larger supermarket, there will be a special area to buy cheese, and all tastes are different. Their cheese chafing dish is to put a good piece of cheese in a small pot and rinse it with something.
The pot is very similar to a stew pot in China, and then a pot of white cheese is boiled and bubbled. Rinsing things is also very simple, mainly potatoes, apples, noodles, seafood and other things. But although this kind of food is very famous, I have never eaten it once.
I really can't stand the smelly smell when cooking cheese, let alone watching these hot and smelly cheeses keep bubbling.
Another kind of food called kaba, which I often eat and prefer. In fact, to put it bluntly, bread is stuffed with meat, which is similar to Brazilian meat sold in China. The baking method is very similar, but the taste is completely different. The seasoning inside is unique to Switzerland, and the meat tastes good. There are two main kinds of meat in Kabbah, Switzerland, chicken and mutton.
Occasionally there will be pork. This kind of shop is generally a small fast food restaurant on the roadside, mostly opened by Middle Easterners. My favorite is the one next to Geneva Railway Station and a big shop in Montreux. I like it not only because it tastes good, but also because it is cheap. It is one of the favorite foods for international students like me.
A big card is almost 8 Swiss francs, which is cheaper than McDonald's set meal, and one must be full. The small shop near Geneva Railway Station has a unique taste and gives a lot of people. Montreux's shop is the most famous in Switzerland, with simple and elegant decoration and beautiful appearance.
In addition to the unique taste and practice, there are nearly 30 kinds of salads that people can't walk. The shop is built by the lake and is full almost every day. And the most interesting thing is that by 5 pm, they will take out some barbecues and sell them on the street. Within 50 meters around, it is full of its unique meat flavor. If it's your first time here, you must buy it when you pass by.
There is nothing special about the Swiss city of China. It is difficult to find several porcelain shops, which are actually run by Vietnamese.
