In English, tea is tea. Then "black tea" should of course be "black tea". Interestingly, in English, what we call black tea is actually "black tea", and the literal translation of English is "black tea".
One theory holds that in the process of black tea processing, the color of tea leaves becomes darker and darker, hence the name black tea. In other words, Wuyi black tea bought in Xiamen is called black tea because it was black tea when Britain imported tea from Fujian in the17th century.
There is also a saying called "black" because Westerners pay more attention to the color of tea, while China people pay more attention to the color of tea soup, so it is called "red".
